Employee-owned mobile phone devices
ScanScape employees may use their own mobile device to cover the obligations of their ScanScape role. The employee must download the “TOPAZ” (the “Mobile App”) from the Google Play Store. The ScanScape team can setup and support private mobile phones having only Android mobile operating system.
All information collected, processed, or otherwise used by the Mobile App is proprietary and confidential information owned solely by ScanScape (the “Information”). The Information may not be sold, traded, bartered, or otherwise transferred to another party without explicit written authorization from an officer of IRI. Misuse or abuse of the Information could result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Depending upon the nature and severity of the misuse/abuse, criminal penalties could apply, as well.
Additionally, in order to use your own device for ScanScape work, employees agree to enable the following permissions in order to use the Mobile App:

Employees are solely responsible for their personal device, including its repair or its replacement in case of any hardware failures.
Employees are responsible to keep backups of their mobile phones and restore them in case of a device failure. Employees are also responsible to enable encryption on their phones. The ScanScape team will provide support to enable it if required.
Employees leaving the company must delete the Mobile App as well as all Information from their phone and related backups.
Any employee is required to comply with all relevant corporate policies, and the Mobile App is not be used for employee’s personal use.
IRI reserves all rights and remedies available under the law with respect to this policy, including without limitation the right to terminate employment and recoup losses due to any non-compliance.
IRI Owned Equipment
This device and associated equipment (this “Equipment”) are sole property of IRI and its licensors and affiliates.
If you are not authorized in writing by IRI to possess this Equipment, contact Mobile Support Center at (866) 494-5766 .
This Equipment may not be sold, traded, bartered, or otherwise transferred to another party without explicit written authorization from an officer of IRI.

Any employee of IRI is required to use this Equipment solely for business use in accordance with IRI policies and to keep this Equipment in good operating condition. This Equipment is not be used for employee’s personal use.
Any employee of IRI is required to promptly return this Equipment in good operating condition to IRI upon request or upon the termination of such employment. Should any employee not return this Equipment promptly and in good operating condition to IRI, such employee will be liable to IRI for the current market replacement value of this Equipment pursuant to existing agreements and IRI policy.
IRI reserves all rights and remedies available under the law with respect to this Equipment, including without limitation the right to retrieve this Equipment and recoup any losses due to damaged, lost or misappropriated Equipment.
